Dr. He Yutao is a Senior Research Technologist at NASA/JPL, leading development of innovative advanced computer technology for future space exploration. He is also an adjunct faculty in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering Department at UCLA. He is the Co-founder and President of LEAP Career Development Forum, a Los Angeles-based 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization. Dr. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University in Beijing and his Ph.D. in Computer Science from UCLA.
